Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw

200 grams green cabbage
70 grams carrot
20 grams green onion
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup low fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw

Slice vegetables fine. Mix together dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables and leave overnight before serving.
