Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw

1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
.5 cup Parsley
5 serving Vinaigrette
2 tsp Celery Seed

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw

Chop cabbage, red cabbage and parsley. Slice onions and celery. Dice pepper. Shred carrot. Mix. Sprinkle celery seed over and mix through. Pour on vinaigrette and toss thoroughly. Chill at least an hour and better overnight before serving.
