Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw with Orange-Cilantro Vinaigrette

1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp honey
23 oz cabbage
6 oz onion
2 5/8 oz carrot
1/2 cup cilantro
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw with Orange-Cilantro Vinaigrette

Chop or shred veggies. In a large bowl with a lid, combine vinaigrette ingredients (yogurt, mayo, OJ, vinegar & honey) and whisk together. Add veggies. Toss to combine. Salt & pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight. Serve chilled.
