Wanted to make coleslaw and KFC was the only kind I knew a family member would also eat so I just did that instead of something fancy.

Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw (KFC copycat) #1 (1cup serving)

3 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
3/4 cup, chopped Carrots
1.33 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3 teaspoon Vinegar Wine White
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 cup, 2% milk
1/8 cup, buttermilk
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
9 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/8 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw (KFC copycat) #1 (1cup serving)

  1. Dice cabbage and carrot into rice size chunks (you know -- you've eaten KFC coleslaw or you wouldn't be making this).

  2. Mix cabbage and carrot.

  3. Mince onion.

  4. Mix/Whisk all other ingredients (dressing) and then mix in onion.

  5. Mix dressing with cabbage mix.

  6. Chill for 2-12 hours.

  7. Eat!
