Use cole slaw cabbage mix with frozen vegetables for a quick and easy meal or side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Cole Slaw Saute

2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups edamame, without shell
1/4 cup carrots, grated
1/3 cup cauliflower
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded

Recipe Directions for Cole Slaw Saute

  1. Heat oil in cast iron or nonstick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add cabbage and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Add remaining vegetables, parsley, & basil. Stir frequently and cook 4 to 5 minutes.

  4. Top with cheese and melt on low heat with pan partially covered.
