a slaw with lots of veggies, not too much dressing, a bit of mustard for a kick

Recipe Ingredients for Cole Slaw

3 cups shredded cabbage
2 large carrots
6 broccoli stalks
3 T mayonnaise
2 t dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Cole Slaw

  1. shred all veggies by hand or with food processor.

  2. mix

  3. add mayonnaise and mustard and toss to coat.
