Cabbage salad with a creamy dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Cole Slaw

5 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, grated Carrots
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
1 fl oz Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 1/2 oz Distilled Apple Cider Vinegar
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
3/4 tsp Celery Seed
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Cole Slaw

  1. Shred cabbage, grate carrots and slice green onions. Combine in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Serve immediately or keep in refrigerator.
