Recipe Ingredients for Cole slaw

4 carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 onion
2 green apples
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cole slaw

  1. Chop everything. Put it in a bowl.

  2. Mix the oil and vinegar, then add to the chopped vegetables/fruit/nuts. Mix until well-incorporated and chill in the refrigerator.
