Basic Cole slaw w/vinegar and oil

Recipe Ingredients for Cole Slaw

3/4 lb cabbage, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup carrot, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon water

Recipe Directions for Cole Slaw

Thinly slice cabbage, chop up. Chop up onion, carrot, green pepper. Add the salt and pepper. combine the oil, vinegar and water. Toss with the cabbage mixture. Chill
