put cabbage in a food processor to chop, if u can. u should yield 6 cups of cabbage. It took me 5 minutes to make it. it's not super low fat, but its good and you can see what you're eating.

Recipe Ingredients for cole slaw

1 head red cabbage
1 head Napa Cabbage
2 carrots
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Truvia
1 fresh ground pepper

Recipe Directions for cole slaw

put all the cabbage and the carrots in a bowl. add salt, truvia, mayo, and pepper. Stir with a knife. mixes everything better.
