Recipe Ingredients for cole slaw with raisins

6 cups cabbage, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups carrots, grated
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for cole slaw with raisins

  1. Mix together in a large bowl the cabbage, carrots and raisins.

  2. In a separate smaller bowl, mix the mayo with the vinegar, salt and sugar until the sugar has been completely dissolved.

  3. Dress the vegetables with the mayonnaise mixture (don't overdress! just enough to lightly coat). Voila! Finished!
