Recipe Ingredients for Cole Slaw with Peas and Lima Beans

15 oz Lima Beans (del monte)
255 grams Classic Cole Slaw
425 grams Del Monte - Sweet Peas - No Salt Added
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.33 grams Kosher Sea Salt (Alessi)

Recipe Directions for Cole Slaw with Peas and Lima Beans

  1. Drain lima beans and peas of any liquid.

  2. Place one tablespoon of olive oil on skillet and bring heat to medium.

  3. Add coleslaw, stir.

  4. Add Lima beans and Peas.

  5. Add Garlic powder and Onion powder.

  6. Add kosher salt to taste.

  7. Stir

  8. cook for 1 more minute (do not allow to overcook)

  9. remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish to any meat.
