1 carrot (shredded)
1 green pepper (diced)
1/2 c reduced fat Mayonnaise
1/2 c no calorie splenda
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for cole slaw low fat/sugar

  1. mix vegetables together

  2. mix dressing and pour over vegetables and mix.

  3. Let stand 1 hour before serving for flavors to blend
