Recipe Ingredients for Cold White Bean Couscous Salad

0.5 cup Whole Wheat Couscous
1.5 cup Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
1/2 cup slices Carrots
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp(15 g) Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Cold White Bean Couscous Salad

Cook beans and couscous, chill, toss with mayo, olive oil, and shallots. Gently steam carrots with garlic until soft, then add to chill mix, salt and pepper to taste.
