Recipe Ingredients for Cold Vinegary Vegetables

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp,+leaves tbsp,+leaves thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cold Vinegary Vegetables

  1. Cut vegetables ingredients. Put in bowl.

  2. Add minced garlic, vinegar, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir.

  3. Put in fridge. Let sit at least an hour before serving.
