A full of flavor cold vegetable pizza that you won't feel guilty for enjoying. Makes nice sd dish to bring to parties, or main meal if desired. Recipe is my version. Directions from: Cooks.com

Recipe Ingredients for Cold Vegge Pizza

16 reduced fat crescent rolls (2 Pkgs)
12 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
3/4 cup fat free ranch dressing
1 1/2 cup grated carrots
1 1/2 cup diced cauliflower
1 1/2 cup diced broccoli
1 cup diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Cold Vegge Pizza

  1. Place crescent rolls flat on greased cookie sheet (form into a rectangle).

  2. Roll out till slightly thinner.

  3. Crimp up the edges like a pizza.

  4. Bake until browned (see time on can).

  5. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing.

  6. Spread on the baked crust to cover.

  7. Top with cut up vegetables of choice.

  8. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.

  9. Cut in small pieces.

  10. Serve cold.
