Recipe Ingredients for Cold Tofu with chili and scallion

300 grams silken tofu
4 tbsp Smart Balance Bottled Oil
2 scallions, finely sliced
22 1/2 grams pepper, red chili, finely sliced
1 tbsp Shoyu low-sodium
1 tsp Pure Sesame Oil

Recipe Directions for Cold Tofu with chili and scallion

  1. Put the tofu on a heatproof plate adn cut the block into cubes, but keep the block intact.

  2. Heat the oil in a small pan over high heat until hot. Add the scallions and chili and wait until they begin to sizzle.

  3. Pour the hot oil mixture over the tofu, then sprinkle with the shoyu and sesame oil
