Recipe Ingredients for cold spaghetti salad

16 oz Spaghetti, Dry, Enriched
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
3/4 medium White Onion
4 serving Juicy Roma Tomatoes
1 cup slices Cucumber
8 oz Medium Pitted Black Olives
4 oz Zesty Italian Dressing

Recipe Directions for cold spaghetti salad

  1. add broken spaghetti to 4 Qts water boiling water. cook for 11 minutes or to al dente stage

  2. drain in collander and rinse thoroughy in cold water and drain well again.. coat with one tbsp salad oil and refridgerate

  3. chop veggies to medium course and add to spaghetti. add Italian dressing and toss well. refridgerate pasta sald for two hours before serving. add grated romano or parmesian to indivdual servings
