Japanese recipe for summer cold noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Cold noodles

3 oz chicken thigh, boneless, skinless, steamed
1 large egg
159 grams cucumber
85 grams red pepper (1 small)
150 grams tomato (1 medium)
218 grams noodles
10 grams sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Cold noodles

  1. cut up veggies

  2. cook egg in crepe-like pancakes, cut up

  3. cook noodles, put in ice water

  4. mix soy, sugar, 1/4 tsp ckn bullion and 1/2 cup water to make sauce

  5. drain noodles

  6. put noodles in bowl, put toppings on top, and put sauce on everything (including s seeds)
