660 grams Cucumber, Peeled
170 grams Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Bouillon
9 sprigs Coriander Leaves
10 grams Mint
1 tbsp Parsley
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Recipe Directions for cold cucumber soup

  1. peel and remove seeds from cucumber.

  2. dice.

  3. in a food processor, mix the cucumber and the bouillon.

  4. add tabasco and salt

  5. add herbs

  6. add yogurt.

  7. chill
