Recipe Ingredients for Cold Black Bean Soup

16 oz black beans, no-salt-added, drain & rinse
1/16 tsp light olive oil
1/16 tsp hot sauce
4 tbs light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Cold Black Bean Soup

  1. Place all items in blender. Use drops of light extra-virgin olive oil as you like. Same for the hot sauce...Tobasco or any Chile sauce of your preference and heat.

  2. Serve cold with a dollop of light sour cream.
