Recipe Ingredients for Cold Beet Soup

8 oz beets, canned
16 oz buttermilk
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 T cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Cold Beet Soup

Drain 1 can of beets [should yield 8oz beets], place beets in a deep 4 cup bowl. Add the buttermilk, spices, vinegar and blend with an immersion blender. Add some fresh dill or horseradish if you like.
