Sweet and Sour (Sugar and Vinegar)

Recipe Ingredients for Cold Bean Salad

1 1/2 cup canned corn
1 1/2 cup canned green beans
1 1/2 cup canned peas
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup canned kidney beans
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1 sugar to taste

Recipe Directions for Cold Bean Salad

  1. Drain juice from canned items

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Let marinade overnight. (Stir occationally)

  4. Original recipe calls for .5 cup of sugar.

  5. substitute with an equivent amout of sugar substitute for low calorie recipe.
