0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
0.25 cup Parsley
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Cold Acini De Pepe Pasta Salad

  1. Prepare pasta (any small pasta, orzo, acini de pepe, etc) according to box directions.
