My take on Irish Colcannon w/ hot sauce and Cajun spices

Recipe Ingredients for Colcannon Tom

1 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)(173 g) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
85 1/2 grams Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 tbsp No Lactose 37% Light Buttery Spread
100 grams Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 tsp Pepper, White
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Colcannon Tom

  1. Chop cabbage; put to boil w/ dash of sea salt

  2. Add spices and toss cabbage when water begins to boil

  3. Bake potato; I use the microwave

  4. Add smart balance spread and beans

  5. When potato is done, dice and add to cabbage and toss

  6. Simmer for additional 10 minutes, tossing occasionally.

  7. This is a 15 minute meal that uses one wok and the microwave.
