1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 head Cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup skim milk
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Colcannon

  1. Boil potatoes until soft

  2. Saute cabbage and onion in water until soft

  3. Mash all ingredients together
