low cal, reduced fat, yummy! I am going to try reducing the granulated sugar some more next time.

Recipe Ingredients for Coffeecake

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
5 tbs. margarine
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. Salt Alternative
1/2 c. egg substitute
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbs. Margarine Melted

Recipe Directions for Coffeecake

Cream margarine and sugar with salt alternative. Add all other ingredients except brown sugar and cinnamon. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon to make topping. In 13x9 pan, layer 1/2 batter, then topping, then 1/2 batter then finish with topping and pour over melted margarine. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can bake in two round pans and freeze one.
