Good way to get coffee and protein on your way out the door!

Recipe Ingredients for Coffee Protein Shake

32 ounces water, cold
2 tsp instant coffee
1 ounce soy protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Coffee Protein Shake

  1. Put it all in the blender with some ice and blend until ice is crushed.

  2. I added 2 tbsp of PB2 to my shake and 2 packets of SweetFiber, but they are not in the database.

  3. Drink immediately. Does not keep well.
