Yummy coffee flavored vegan brownies

Recipe Ingredients for Coffee Fudge Brownies

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup soy milk
3/4 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Coffee Fudge Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 9x9 square baking pan.

  2. Sift together flours, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt in alrge bowl. Stir in sugar. In separate bowl, stir the milk, oil and brewed coffee. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and stir to mix well.

  3. Pout the batter into prepared baking pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool, and cut into 16 pieces once cooled. Wrap individual pieces up and freeze so YOU DON'T EAT THEM ALL AT ONCE!
