Recipe Ingredients for Coffee Cake

1 cup splenda
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 cups soy flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup almond breeze
3 tbs. margarine, softened

Recipe Directions for Coffee Cake

Mix ingredients until just moistened in medium bowl; drop by spoonfuls onto pan, spreading batter evenly to sides of pan. Bake coffeecake at 400 F until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Immediately invert coffeecake onto serving plate. Serve warm.
