Recipe Ingredients for Cod in White Wine from Olga's Healthy Choice

80 g North Atlantic Cod Filet
1/4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine
30 g Gouda Cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of Herbes de Provance

Recipe Directions for Cod in White Wine from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Add salt and pepper on to filet.

  2. In a non-stick pan, fry the filet with olive oil. (First skinned side for about 3 min. then the soft part about 2 min.) Then add white wine and bring to boil about 2 minutes. Move the pan from oven. Put slice of cheese over the filet. Sprinkle some herbes de Provance. Close the lid of the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serve.
