Cod in tomato sauce with potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Cod in tomato sauce

800 grams Cod, Atlantic
400 tbsp Olive Oil
80 cup Parsley
200 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
200 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
200 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
400 clove Garlic
100 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1800 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
200 tsp Salt, Table
50 grams Mushrooms
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 sprigs Parsley
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Cod in tomato sauce

  1. Порционные куски рыбы с добавлением специй кипятить в небольшом количестве воды 12-20 минут.

  2. Грибы отварить в подсоленной воде до готовности, грибы нарезать ломтиками, смешать с томатным соусом.

  3. Припущенные куски трески положить в глубокое блюдо или на тарелку, рядом уложить горкой картофель, отваренный целыми клубнями, залить все томатным соусом с грибами и прогреть 1-2 минуты при температуре не выше 70 С.

  4. При подаче на рыбу положить кружочек очищенного лимона и украсить зеленью.
