Recipe Ingredients for Cod and Shrimp with Fresh Tomato

2 tbs olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
5 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 pound cod
1/2 pound shrimp
1 tbs oregano

Recipe Directions for Cod and Shrimp with Fresh Tomato

  1. heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat

  2. cook and stir the garlic until golden brown

  3. add tomatoes and mix well until juice

  4. stir in oregano

  5. Lie the cod and shrimp into mixture

  6. cover and simmer 3 minutes

  7. Flip the cod and season with oregano

  8. re-cover and cook another 3 minutes

  9. remove the cover and allow to cook until the juice evaporates slightly, 2 to 3 minutes
