Recipe Ingredients for Cod (Poached)

3 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 lbs Cod Fillets Boneless Skinless

Recipe Directions for Cod (Poached)

  1. Melt margarin in frying pan

  2. Add flour - stir for about 1 minute

  3. Add vegetable broth and lemon juice

  4. Add cod fillets and simmer (covered) until fish flakes with fork
