Recipe Ingredients for Cod and asparagus dinner

10 oz asparagus
11 oz cod, two pieces marinated with little lemon juice and sprinkled with black pepper
1 large tomato
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup peanuts
10 strawberries
2 oz dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Cod and asparagus dinner

  1. Microwave asparagus for 2 1/2 min. on high. Let stand 1 minute.

  2. Preheat broiler for 10 min. with iron pan inside. Place cod pieces on the pan and broil 3-5 min.

  3. Slice tomatoes and place half tomato on two plates. Add to each plate half of the asparagus and half of the cod. Drizzle everything on the plate with the olive oil and sprinkle with dash of salt.

  4. Serve strawberries, peanuts and chocolate in separate small bowls.
