3 serving Viva Vital Quarkcreme
7 grams Syrups, Maple
24 grams Morgenland Coconut flour
1 serving Bio planète Macadamia oil

Recipe Directions for Coconutty protein boost

Stir together Quark, 10 g of coconut flour and macadamia oil. Let thicken in the fridge for at least two hours. Add maple syrup right before serving and sprinkle the remaining coconut flour into the individual mini servings.
