Recipe Ingredients for Coconut surimi chowder

6 oz Surimi
1 small onion
5 3/5 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
10 g BCAA Stack
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Latke Mix

Recipe Directions for Coconut surimi chowder

  1. sautee onion in EVO

  2. add surimi, potatoes mix, coconut milk, stir

  3. add water and then ticken with flaxseed meal and unflavoured (not grape!) BCAA

  4. (do not overdo because flaxseed are sour and BCAA unpalatable)
