Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Stir Fry

1 head bok choy
4 cup,+chopped+or+diced broccoli
8 ounces white mushrooms
1 T. sesame oil
1 1/2 c. light coconut milk
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. Hoisin Sauce
2 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Coconut Stir Fry

  1. heat oil in skillet

  2. add garlic and mushrooms

  3. saute for 3-4 minutes.

  4. add broccoli, bok choy and hoisin sauce

  5. cover and cook until tender -- about 10 minutes.
