Recipe Ingredients for coconut snow balls

2 c oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 T strong coffee
7 grams dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut flakes

Recipe Directions for coconut snow balls

  1. Mix oats, sugar, and cocoa powder. Fold in coconut oil until well combined [use your hands]. Add vanilla, coffee, and melted chocolate and mix well. Form about 1-inch balls; roll in coconut flakes. Make how ever many you please 24, 12 or less for bigger or smaller treats...

  2. Can be eaten immediately or refrigerated one hour.
