Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Shrimp

90 grams Coconut Angel Flake Sweetened
16 shrimp Shrimp
0.25 cup Cornstarch
1 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Coconut Shrimp

  1. Wash and pat shrimp dry; dredge through cornstarch (add a little cayenne pepper to the cornstarch for a nice flavor "kick"); dip in egg "bath" and then roll in coconut.

  2. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20min until shrimp are done and coconut is toasty brown.
