Recipe Ingredients for Coconut shrimp mozamique

1 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled
1/4 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 cups tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin, ground
3 cups coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Coconut shrimp mozamique

  1. Shell shrimp

  2. Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium. Add shrimp and cook until pink. remove from pan with slotted spoon. Set aside.

  3. Saute' onions, garlic, parsley.

  4. Add cayenne, salt, cumin and tomatoes

  5. Add coconut milk and heat add cooked shrimp and heat
