Rice flavored with coconut, ginger, and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Rice

6 oz. coconut milk
10 oz. chicken stock
1 c. long grain brown rice
1 T. chopped garlic
1 T. chopped ginger
1 T. soy sauce
2 t. canola oil

Recipe Directions for Coconut Rice

Heat oil. Saute garlic and ginger. Toast rice for 2 min. Add warm coconut milk and stock. Cook until tender.
