1 medium coconut shredded 2 1/4 cup cooked rice (3/4 cup raw) 1 cup water 1 cup lala light 1/4 cup fruit sugar ( splenda?) 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup water
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 oz Fruit sugar
1 medium Coconut Meat
2 1/4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 serving milk lala light

Recipe Directions for Coconut Rice Pudding

In a food processor mash the cooked rice. In a pot add all other ingredients and cook for 5 min.if you want it to be thinner you can add more water or milk.
