I'm not sure about the spices or if that's the right amount of water. I haven't tried this one yet.

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Rice Pudding

3/4 cup brown rice
8 oz. coconut milk
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 tbs. honey
1 oz. ground almonds
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Recipe Directions for Coconut Rice Pudding

  1. Rinse rice.

  2. Cook all ingredients in a rice cooker.
