Coconut Rice pudding spiced with cardamom and cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Rice Pudding

1 cup rice
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 coconut
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Coconut Rice Pudding

  1. Use cooked rice... cook rice until it reaches desired tenderness. Do not add any sugars until rice is tender or it will not soften in the cooking process

  2. Add milk, coconut milk, sugar and agave, stir occasionally until it gets creamy.

  3. Add the spices.

  4. Enjoy
