Recipe Ingredients for Coconut rice with mango

1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 cup light coconut milk
3/8 cup skim milk
3/8 cup sugar
1 mango, peeled and diced

Recipe Directions for Coconut rice with mango

Throw all ingredients but mango into a pot, stir and boil. Then cover and leave the heat on low until liquid is absorbed, about 35 minutes. Serve with mango.
