Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Raspberry Muffins - ONLY 3 WW Points

75 g coconut flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup raspberries

Recipe Directions for Coconut Raspberry Muffins - ONLY 3 WW Points

Heat oven to 375 degrees and spray pan with Pam. Wisk eggs until well mixed. Stream in the butter while continuing to wisk. Add salt and vanilla and mixe until combined. Mix the remaining dry ingredients together then combine wet and dry. Wisk in the water, 1 tbsp at a time, usually 4 tbsp is require for proper consistency. Gently mix in the berries and divide among 6 muffin cups, bake for 15-18 minutes or until just turning golden on top
