coconut milk 0.875 (8 oz) whole milk 0.875 (18 teaspoons) sugar 0.875 (15 teaspoons) cornstarch 1/4 tsp vanilla cvt

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Pudding

14 oz coconut milk
7 oz whole milk
15 3/4 teaspoons sugar
13 1/8 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 tsp vanilla (if desired)

Recipe Directions for Coconut Pudding

  1. Pour half of the coconut milk into a saucepan. Combine sugar and cornstarch stirring into coconut milk. Heat over low stirring consistently until thickened.

  2. Add remainder of coconut milk and whole milk and continue to heat until thickened. Add vanilla if desired. Pour into 8 inch square pan and chill until firm.
