Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Pecan Frosting (less fat)

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups lowfat evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Coconut Pecan Frosting (less fat)

Place all ingredients except coconut and pecans into saucepan over medium heat. Bring to slow boil, stirring very frequently. Cook about 12 minutes until thickened. Turn off heat and stir in coconut and pecans. Cool until the consistency to spread on cake.
