1 tbsp Xylitol
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
8 fl oz Lite
4.5 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Coconut Pancakes

  1. Whisk together coconut milk, canola oil and 1 egg. Combine with dry ingredients. Cook as usual for pancakes.

  2. Serves 4
